Pros:
Location very strategic. At tge heart of the city, beside Arbat Street and many shops, halal food option and even supermarkets. A lot of currency exchange place as well. Arbatskaya Metro just 10 minutes walk.
Apartment has full kitchen and washing machine. Easy to make our own meal after getting tired of eating Russian style meal snd Central Asian dishes. Can wash clothes also a plus for us.
Cons:
No daily housekeeping. Just throw rubbish everyday but every 2 days will change towels.
Staffs not that friendly and don't smile.
Extra note:
Lobby at 1st floor sharing with other hotel snd apartments but each have their own dedicated counter.
Have to use backdoor at level -1 if uding Yandex drop off or airport drop off.

The WiFi availablity at this hotel is a disaster. Always require to restart router after fisrts disconnection. Hotel staff is not able to assist.

Very excellent location on one of the main streets in Moscow that is well connected to several attractions. We stayed here several times. The only issue is with the Taxi parking not next to the building entrance which is a 2 minute walking (especially when booking a taxi to airport in addition to GPS signal issue currently). The location is so close to Arbat street and only around 3kms to Red square. The reception has English speaking personnel and all of them were very courteous and helpful. Zulol was the most helpful of the lot. There is a supermarket and Russain McDonalds almoist next door and plenty of food options very close by. Lot of Middle Eastern guests in this hotel. Everything was good and the stay was very pleasant. The room was well done and had a fully equipped kitchen, dish washer, washing machine. Surely recommend this hotel due to the staff.

設施和環境都不錯，早餐很棒，味道很好。
總的來説可以。

房間設施乾凈，明亮整潔，還有廚房，一家五大一小住合適。位置可以走路到紅場，美中不足之處：酒店含早餐但沒有自己的餐廳，吃早餐需要到酒店旁邊的餐廳就餐，不太方便，而且吃的東西一般。

房間挺大的，衞生不錯，位置好，電梯不方便

房間布局不錯，廚房用品一應俱全，做飯完全沒問題。只是我們是三個人，進去后沙發沒有鋪床，也沒有床單被罩，是問了前臺才給送來的。屋里的用品也都只給了兩份，希望以后能有改進。窗景不錯，房間配備雙衞很方便。前后都是商業街，樓下就是超市，總的來説還可以。

在莫斯科屬于地段比較好的，走路就可以到紅場和克姆林宮，走路也有地鐵。下樓從正門出去吃飯的餐館很多可以選擇。有廚房，自己在樓下超市買東西可以做早餐，也可以做晚餐，很方便。梳化床拖出來還可以睡人，適合家庭出游。房間視野不錯
